We just had all new countertops installed with Rock Tops in Sandy, and we’re so happy. We can’t say enough good about Connie. We were about to give up on finding the quartz we wanted until we came into Rock Tops and met Connie. She helped us get exactly what we wanted for a good price. She went to great lengths for us searching for and finding a quartz that had been discontinued (even though we ended up going with a different quartz). She answered all of our questions and was so patient with us. The templater and installers were great too. The templater helped us know exactly what we needed to do to install the quartz around our fireplace. And the installers helped us cut some baseboard that was in the way when they installed the quartz around the fireplace. We expected lots of seams on our odd-shaped kitchen island and were so surprised that there were none (except for on the backsplash)! We were so pleased.

We were ‘just looking’ and after a few minutes of relaxed conversation and questioning about our needs she had several suggestions. I am so happy that I wandered into Rock Tops and found Connie. She is such a gem and I felt comfortable that I found the right place for our new countertops. Connie was so helpful and such a pleasure to work with on this project. She truly took the stress out of the process. The store has product from numerous vendors that can be ordered by the slab, and a selection of material that can be ordered by the SF. We were able to use two slabs of quartz but also used "in-stock" material for the two bathrooms. I loved the convenience of a one-stop-shop. Just pick out your material and Rock Tops does the rest...measure, fabricate and install. Our new countertops look great. I am very happy that I met Connie at Rock Tops. I would highly recommend going in to see Connie if you are looking for new countertops.

Got LVP flowing from these guys. The pricing was competitive and the quality was far better than some flooring we checked out elsewhere. From start to finish it went really smoothly. Our new countertops look fantastic. Connie and team were easy to work with. One thing to remember before you relpace the sink with the new countertops is to measure the depth of the new sink, in relation to drain pipe to make sure there will be no issues with plumbing after the install. I had some extra work re-doing the plumbing due to the deeper sink.

This was our first experience with granite countertops. There is a lot to learn about the process, and Connie and her team made the journey an easy one. The crew tore down an a very challenging existing countertop composed of granite tiles and 3 layers of backerboard within 2 hours, and did it without a scratch to our floor (covered by xboard I should add) or our cabinets. The entire process from tear down to finished countertop took about 4 .5 hours, and they did a great job. We found a small crack in the backsplash which they smoothed out perfectly within 2 days. Highly recommended and a good value!

Contacted Rock Tops in Park City on July 10th and on August 3 the quartz counters are complete. Great sales and scheduling, excellent template team and the install team went above and beyond. We replaced kitchen counters, a kitchen island and 4 bathroom vanities. Bought the sinks from Rock Top too. We have an older house with mirrors glued to the wall and the install team was able to remove the old corian without damaging the mirrors. What makes this place unique is that you don’t have to buy the quartz in slabs, they have an excellent selection of quartz in stock, we got ours from that selection. We love the counter tops, would highly recommend Rock Tops.

From the show room (huge slabs of stone so you can see how it will look in your home - and Connie knows which stone works best in a bathroom or in a family room) to in-home measurements (Jackson uses digital camera and other technology to measure - our counters are a kiss fit which is amazing considering the house is 117 years old and even new Sheetrock is not square or straight) to installation (we got text updates on arrival time and Jose’s crew had both counters installed in less then an hour - AND they vacuumed up afterward). I'm not willing to delete my initial review, but I did update my experience from a 1 star to a 3 star. I feel that if people are looking for the quality of work and service, how you respond when things do not go well is more important. Previous review: I want to know why everyone else had amazing experiences and we got the shaft? What was installed looked nothing like the sample. They didn't tell us there was going to be an ugly seam with mis matched grain. I'm so disappointed..... I just don't know what else to say.

Visiting Rock Tops Surfaces was the best. WE had a basement we wanted to finish and we were getting close to needing the countertops for the kitchen. Connie was very helpful and your displays were great. They called after we had made our decision and Connie set up a time for us to have one of their fabricators to come and take measurements for a digital template. Within a week the fabricators were ready to come and set the countertop. They had the correct holes for the sink and even did a special cutting for the island for a pop-up plug for phone chargers. They were on time and got the work down. I highly recommend Rock Tops Surfaces. My daughter and her husband love the countertop they chose for their kitchen. If you are like us, you want a fabricator that can turn the perfect slab of granite into a countertop that you will love every time that you see it. We spoke with a number of fabricators and decided on RockTops because they have the process and tools to ensure the most accurate results. As an engineer, accuracy is important to me. RockTops is one of the few facilities that has a computer controlled fabrication machine to ensure perfect accuracy. I was surprised that many fabricators actually cut the countertop material by hand. Our project was a kitchen island that is over 9 feet long fabricated from a single slab of granite with no seams. We needed to make sure that there was absolutely no variance in the straight edges on the side of the island, that the overhang was perfect, and that the cutout for the cooktop was precisely placed. We were not disappointed. RockTops scanned an image of our granite slab into their computer and we were able to place the countertop exactly where we wanted. This allowed us to optimize the pattern in the material and see exactly what it would look like in the finished product. RockTops also came on site and measured our cabinets with a laser to ensure the countertop would fit perfectly. RockTops communicated well to schedule installation. On installation day, the slab was delivered weighing over 1000 pounds. RockTops used some specialized equipment (and a number of strong guys) to bring the slab into the house and position it in place. The installers were professional, friendly, and took extra care to protect our kitchen floor and cabinets from damage. Due to COVID and supply chain issues, our project ended up taking a lot longer than any of us expected. Even though our project stretched out over a year and had a number of setbacks, RockTops honored their original pricing and stuck with us. In the end, we have a countertop that we love every time that we see it. I am a Google guide and have no affiliation with RockTops other than being a satisfied customer.

Great experience from start to finish. I wasn't going to go to Rock Tops for granite, mainly because they are in a strip mall and I thought they would be over priced. But after getting some quotes from Meghan of some of the stone I was interest in, I shopped around...very comparable. So I went ahead and ordered. Meghan (who was very knowledgable and personable) said that they might be able to squeeze me in since it was a small job, well 6 days later it's in and looks fantastic, their templater (Bruce) showed up the day after I ordered...wow that was fast and he got it perfect, everything fits like a glove, kind of what I would expect from Bruce :). He's just good at what he does and in full disclosure I've known Bruce for many years, but wasn't aware he works for Rock Tops until he showed up. The installers Ariel, Florentino and Andres all did an awesome job installing, I was very pleased with not only the finished product, but with how they "treated' my house, being very careful not to mark up my floors or ding my walls....they did ZERO damage. There were a few issues with my cabinet not being exactly square....they fixed it for me. Not sure how to spell her name but Brailin?, Breylin? Braylen?was the one I dealt with on scheduling, she was very accommodating and easy to work with. It's been a long time since I've had an experience with a company that had zero problems and they were super easy to work with, what a pleasure working with this company, super great employees....I hope they are treated well, because they should be, they represent this company extremely well!!!!

We are glad that we gave Rock Tops in Springville a chance to replace our countertops. After nearly 20 years with a laminate counter surface in our kitchen, we were way past due for a change. We contacted several places, but their process seemed difficult to get started. My wife really liked working with Mikki at Rock Tops. She answered all her questions and showed her lots of options that might work for us. We were looking for granite, but when we found a beautiful sample of quartz that matched our color scheme, we decided to change. We were able to take a sample with us for a few days to make sure it worked with our countertops, flooring, and intended backsplash. That was really helpful. We also got a big single-basin sink from Rock Tops. Their measuring system is quite accurate, utilizing laser readings and modeling software to create a template. The template maker also answered lots of questions we had about the tear-down & install process. The build happened quickly once the template was approved. The installers did a great job of prep work and looking at all the details. They also did a great job of hiding the seam, which is a big concern of mine. Overall, the experience was great and now we have a much nicer kitchen. We recommend working with Rock Tops and Mikki for your kitchen design.

Our purchase experience was excellent, great customer service. The carpet quality is just what we were looking for and the installation went smoothly and fast. The only reason I am only giving 4 stars is because of the mess that was left behind. The carpet was littered on every inch with leftover carpet debri, so I had to vacuum right away and the same debri was left on our driveway and in the street in front of our house. It would have been great if the installer came equipped to clean up after himself. It would just make for a better experience overall and make me feel like they go the extra mile. But I would use them again for future installs nonetheless as they are great to work with.

The people at the store were great to work with. The only negative was that they called and asked if the installer could come earlier , at 7:30am. That was fine, but the carpet was being installed at my mom's house. So I got up early so I could be there by 7:30 and they didn't show up until 8:10am. Not sure why they didn't just leave it at the original time of 8am. The installer just replied that he told his boss "between 7:30 & 8:00am." Really!? Why do you need a 40 minute window of time when it's the first job?? My time is precious. They need to show up when they're supposed to.

That was fine, but the carpet was being installed at my mom's house. So I got up early so I could be there by 7:30 and they didn't show up until 8:10am. Not sure why they didn't just leave it at the original time of 8am. The installer just replied that he told his boss "between 7:30 & 8:00am." Really!? Why do you need a 40 minute window of time when it's the first job?? My time is precious. They need to show up when they're supposed to.

Very important, Ogden’s is the only carpet store that we found with reasonable prices that guarantees installs for life. This was very important for us after consistently bad installs from Home Depot that did not show up until after their brief warranty. I also had an outlet in a strange place under the quartz and they took the time to grind out the quartz as needed so that the fit was perfect. Incredible. When there was a miscommunication on a finish detail, they were quick to resolve the problem and were willing to find a compromise that worked for for both of us. I have worked with other Big name companies in the past and was not treated well by those companies especially Bedrock quartz, whom I would not recommend to anyone. They damaged cabinets with the installation and were rude and would not take any responsibility for that damage. They had the audacity to tell me that cabinets and walls should not have been finished until after their installation. That way if their crew damages the cabinets or walls during the installation process then it can be fixed. They are basically saying they are not responsible for any damage even if their crew causes it. I had made arrangements to work from my new future retirement home in Manti 2020. After construction had begun, I was laid off from effects of Covid-19. My contractor Jason Dallam fully aware of my financial situation informed me to contact Rock Tops for granite. Kelly was so accommodating, pleasurable and understanding of my plight. He suggested a choice between two granite patterns that were being discontinued and were discounted. Both samples were perfect! Having chosen just one sample the scheduler for installation was made within 7 working days. A crew arrived exactly on time (Manti is over 90 minutes outside of Springville) They had a team of 5 or 6 men who were in and out under 2 hours!! Beautiful workmanship! In the kitchen I could only find one 6* seam line by dragging my fingers across the granite. The following week accounting called. I asked for the balance of the invoice be emailed to me and that I had just changed my checking account the week prior and hadn't received my new VISA card or checks. The only reason I am only giving 4 stars is because of the mess that was left behind. The carpet was littered on every inch with leftover carpet debri, so I had to vacuum right away and the same debri was left on our driveway and in the street in front of our house. It would have been great if the installer came equipped to clean up after himself. It would just make for a better experience overall and make me feel like they go the extra mile. But I would use them again for future installs nonetheless as they are great to work with.

When shopping for countertops for my master bath, my greatest concern was the tub deck. With its curvy edges, I was certain that it would be messed up. I was pleasantly surprised when Rock Tops got it right the first time! Of the 6 pieces I had installed, one piece that had a small scratch so a service team was sent out to repair the scratch. At that point, I was asked if the repair was to my satisfaction, and if not, they would replace it with a new piece. Satisfaction guaranteed. The showroom is clean, the staff is friendly, pricing is competitive, and the bidding is very thorough and comprehensive. Measurements are carefully taken by hand and with a laser to ensure a perfect custom fit. I had multiple tiny notches that went around trim so the detailing was critical and it turned out beautifully. Rock Tops showroom is filled with a large selection of both stock and special order samples so you're likely to find something you like that's within your budget. I was offered several detailed bids with different product options to help me in my planning process. Rock Tops has a decent selection of full-sized stock slabs (not remnants) to choose from and they only charge you for what you use when using stock inventory. If you prefer a non-stock product, you will pay for the entire slab which is what I found to be standard policy at other shops.

The vinyl installer was so kind and went above and beyond doing repair work to my concrete floor before installing the vinyl. The carpet installers were very quick and did a great job. Ogden's Flooring installed my flooring downstairs after I had water damage. They, specifically George removed the carpet, leveled the floor and installed the flooring. It was all completed in one day. The installer, George was an excellent professional and very knowledgable. I spent a bit of time talking to him, he gave me recommendations on how to take care of the new floor. George displayed a very professional attitude, with a extraordinary work ethic.
